How to make a workout = run to gym > treadmill session in gym > run home from gym

Hi Guys

Is it possible to make a workout that covers all?

I guess you can configure that in the multisport activity?

I guess I could do it with 1 tempo/threshold on the treadmill.

Would it still be possible with say.....6x1km repeats on the treadmill? Can't seem to find a way to do that :-/

You can just switch sports mode when you arrive and leave. If you do that, you won't be able to select a specific training for the treadmill on the watch, though.

Add the Multi-Sport activity, it then lets you choose which ones you want.

Ok, so I can use it f I do ie a threshold workout for a half hour on the treadmill and then use 1 and 3 for out and home, but not for a special workout :-)
