My 965 when broadcasting heart rate to my iPad for a zwift / rouvy ride, the heart rate connection drops every few minutes. Only stop and restart broadcasting can reconnect again. My old 945 with the same setup doesn't have the issue.
Any fixes for this?

This has been addressed in the 19.09 beta software release. You can enroll in the beta program, then request the update on your watch:
Menu > System > Software Update > Check For Updates
I am able to avoid this issue by settings heart rate broadcasting in one of the exercise. And in the exercise mode the broadcast does not drop
