Bike workout no longer able to be used with Indoor Bike activity?

I've just moved from a Fenix 6 Pro to a Forerunner 965, and notice a weird thing happening with my Bike Indoor workouts.

I've got a spin bike in the house, and on the Fenix 6 Pro I created an interval training bike workout (really just sit/stand prompts with HR zone targets) which I did on the Bike Indoor activity.

When I got the forerunner I sent these two existing workouts to the watch, and I can see them in the workouts list on device - but I am no longer able to start them from an Bike Indoor > Training > Workouts list (it is empty), only from an outdoor Bike > Training > Workouts activity.

Furthermore, from the Bike Indoor > Training > Workouts screen, the list is empty, and it has a prompt to "Build in Garmin Connect", but you can only create a new bike workout, which cannot be seen or started from Bike Indoor > Training > Workouts.

It seems like there is no way to create an indoor bike workout for the Forerunner 965? Does this mean the Bike Indoor > Training > Workout menu does nothing on this activity?
