Replacing the 945 clock with the 965. How can I connect a new watch in the app and delete the old one without losing information in the phone app (including without losing the training plan)?
I have never lost information from the app or web setting up a new device.
If you have both still I wouldn't delete the old device initially. Get everything working well first and be happy with it.
Setup the new device and make sure to set that as the Primary Wearable and Primary Training device.
Also make a BACKUP copy of the 945 device drive onto your PC / MAC so you have that always incase you need something off it later.
