I'm an endurance runner and my training is mainly long runs and shorter intervals. But no sprinting.
Now Garmin says my focus load is all wrong. My anaerobe workouts are way to low.
Strange thing is, Garmin then advices me to add more aerobe workouts to my mix to make my training more balanced.
Really?
Not a big issue. focus load is kinda bs. But garmin should be at least consistent in their bs.
