I had a strangely low vigorous minutes/days that lead me to look at moderate and vigorous minutes, and therefore total intensity minutes.
I've not deliberately changed any HR settings in this time, and it's the same device.
Swimming:
July 9mins Z2, 15 mins Z3 = 23 mins vigorous
October 15 mins Z2, 5 mins Z3, 1 min Z4 = 5 mins moderate, 1 min vigorous
Cycling:
July : 68m Z1, 35m Z2, 9m Z3 = 62 m mod, 12 m vig
Oct : 40m Z1, 125m Z2, 88m Z3, 33m Z4 = 80m mod, 32m vig
Running:
July : 0.5m Z1, 13m Z2, 18m Z3, 11m Z4 = 10m mod, 31m vig
Oct: 0.5m Z1, 3.5m Z2, 5m Z3, 13m Z4 = 6m mod, 11m vig
Between July and October there seems to be a change in how intensity minutes are calculated.
Back in July Z1 and above counted as moderate or vigorous. Now only Z4 seems to be vigorous and some of Z3 moderate.
Is it me, is it a change in the calculation or have I got some duff values in my HR profiles (zones are default, max HR is 220-age).
