Faulty Heart Rate Measurement on My 955

Hello,

The heart rate measurement on my 955, which I bought less than a month ago, is completely faulty. It shows a heart rate of 120 when I’m actually at 160 for 35 minutes straight. Then suddenly, after ~35 minutes, it decides to adjust the HR to ~160. This makes no sense.

My old Fitbit Versa 3 tracked my heart rate perfectly. And it only cost €200 three years ago. Should i ask for a refund ?

  • Good advice! Am gonna report my issues as well. Perhaps switching to a new 955 watch would solve it, if it's only certain watches/batches that have this HR problem..

Yeah the warm up advice, I've read that somewhere else too. It sure could solve the problem (havent for me). But it's like saying "Hey, customer, our product doesn't work as intended, so do this little extra work for us, instead of us fixing it, and you'll probably be okay."

  • I recently got a new watch because the watch before was just a bunch of faults. But the replacement watch also has the fault with the heart rate measurement on the wrist. Affected were the first about 7 minutes.(By the way, I did a warm up before.)
