The HRM monitor on my 955 has died again for no apparent reason. Wondering if there is anything else I can try, what I've done so far:
- tried turning it off and back on again
- performing a factory reset (turning the watch off then turning it on again with two buttons pressed until beep, then release one of the buttons which I think is what sorted it last time)
- ensuring the software is up to date
Anyone got any ideas?
I really don't understand how this can happen so often, one of the most important functions of this watch is the HRM allowing me to track my heart rate whilst I'm out running. I know I can get a separate HRM which is possibly more accurate but for the price of the watch I don't think I should have to. The one thing that I do find odd (not sure if it is related) is that when I try to turn on Wi-Fi sync for the watch I am told the battery is too low even though it is fully charged - I'm wondering if the fact that the watch seems to think it has no charge is also stopping the HRM from running.
Thanks for any help.
