Is there someone who knows what Stamina is really measuring?
Here you are my readings from marathon (first 3h) Almost flat terrain. But quite strong Jet Lag
According to Stamina I should hit the wall around 2h mark, but as you can see I was able to keep running more or less similar pace over next 60 minutes. I have actually completed marathon in 4h13m
Does someone knows how I should read that Stamina reading? Is this something what is really telling me I am already running on fumes and should slow 1h ago to keep running? I have kept drinking every 2.5 km and eat about 30g of carbs every 20 - 25 minutes
I am of course aware about that explanation: Real-time Stamina | Garmin Technology
But that looks to me like marketing gibberish
