My heart rate and step counts stop working since December 3.
I am not sure what happened. I think my watch got updated to 21.19 firmware.
I do a full reset (clear all setting and data) of the watch but it's still the same.
Mine watch model is 955 non solar version.
Anyone have any solutions?
