Problem with songs stuttering with the new BT 5.3 headphones

I have been using Bluetooth headphones since 2020 without any connection problems.
I got a new model with bluetooth 5.3 last week and when playing music some songs stop and start several times. Then maybe for 15 songs nothing happens anymore and the next one still stutters. It's not the fault of the single song because if I listen to it again after a few hours it doesn't click anymore.
I returned the headphones and got another model, but there are the same problems with this one too. Even the voice that says the running pace is jerky.
Is there something wrong with the bluetooth 5.3 connection?

Tried a third model of headphones and the exact same problem remains.

At this point there must be something wrong with the BT 5.3 protocol, since returning to my old 2020 headphones the problem disappears

Garmin-Sierra how can I solve this?

Here is a long list of not/working models. BT version not so important. The main thing is support for codecs compatible with the watch, which Garmin does not publish, although it probably could. Look at the list, maybe you will find something suitable for you.

Unfortunately that list is old
