Pair HRM Pro + with 955

My 955 detect the HRM but it doesn't show it in order to pair it - what can I do?

Have you searched and tried to pair it in the Sensors & Accessories menu? Menu>Sensors & Accessories>Auto Discover (on) /OR Add New>External HR

Yes I did - and it detects the sensor but it doesn't list it nor it adds it

Is it new? I have the same strap and not had any issues. Try soft reset the watch (hold light button until power off, then power on). Also maybe try removing the HRM battery and putting it back in (or replace battery).

You can add the HRM to Garmin connect, you will be able to check firmware/update etc.
