Missing "goal achieved notifications"

Notifications for achieved goals (steps, floors and active minutes per week) on my Forerunner 955 stopped showing.
I have the setting enabled (Health & Wellness > Goal alerts > On) but it doesn't work.

I don't want to hard reset the device as setting all the configs and activity screens takes a lot of time.

Could you please investigate?

Yes, Goal Alerts are enabled

Before hard reset try a soft one - 10 sec left top button press. And at first, at all, i'll try to switch off all notifications, restart the watch and switch them all on again.

I've ended up doing hard reset and it helped.

Nevertheless it's n-th time I have to reset a device because of "something stopped working after an update" and to be honest I'm tired of it.
