Wouldn’t know, don’t use that.

Have you tried a soft reset (hold upper left „light“ button until it shuts down, wait a little, restart).

Also try to update via Garmin Express on PC or Mac.

And what does the system info show for your installed sensor firmware versions?
Sounds like it might be the „0.0.0“ problem

Yes, I tried a soft reset and connected to Garmin Express. System info shows B.M.X: 0.0.0. (!), WHR: 0.00.00, Sensor Hub: 0.01 …

Yes, that’s the problem I’m afraid. Was there any updates available in Express, even maps?

You could also check via the watch (System>Software Update>Check for Updates) to see if anything required is detected.

I was able to fix the issue with help from this forum entry:

Apparently, I would normally have had to send the watch to Garmin...

A lot of issues:

-Battery drainning faster after update

-In my first workout after this update, garmin active by self the audio prompts.

-SCARY: when garmin showed a notification of lower battery, then suddenly start playing all audio prompts from my last workout (of yestarday). I had to restart my phone to stop the audio.
