Hm, this is against Garmin intention. They claim the exact opposite - when there is a Beta update which they mark as Release Candidate and there are no more further changes, they will then release this exact FW as standard release later and the users, who previously updated to Beta release candidate would not update anything.

Join Beta. Then: Menu ->System -> Software Update -> Check For Updates

18.22 is the official software and there is no need to sign up for the beta version.

If your are not lucky and getting it, then you just need to wait it to roll for more users.

Just updated and in my german 955 solar still outdoor after martial Artst. No Jump Rope or "Seilspringen" :-( Any trick?

Try to restart (hold LIGHT for 15s). Good practice after every every update.
