Garmin Forerunner 955 18.22

I’m guesing everything from beta 18.12 to 18.21. 
im going to check if I got I to. 

Great, I’ve just checked and found the same. Quite a lot included since last public release, take a look at the beta forum page for the 955 and check under announcements.

The first thing that catches my eye is the sight of the sleep coach.

I got the Update but Jump rope is just the one from iq store available and that counts still as cardio….

Can someone with 18.22 post here, what versions are shown in watch Settings -> About (GPS, Wi-Fi, CIQ, BMX, WHR, ...)?

OK this is from my 965 but I guess most except probably  TSC are likely the same on 955

Yes, TSC is specific to 955 vs. 965. The others seem to be identical to 955/965 firmware 18.21.
Just there should be ETE and LHA in addition, maybe these are seen only in the watch settings.

For 18.21, it was:

ETE: 6.18.0.5
LHA: 2.4.0.5

ETE and LHA are the same as you note, per my watch on 18.22
