After last update, Garmin Pay does not work anymore.

After I enter my passcode it just says error. I already set a new password. Anyone knows the solution? Thanks!

Garmin watch software is a dumpsterfire. Every release new features are added but something else breaks. Either the code is spaghetti or their test and quality control proces is a mess. Do a search on…

Hi, same for me, it's been going on and off for the past two months. I've tried removing and re-adding my card several times, resetting the PIN and any number of syncs. Once I enter the PIN it just shows up as Error. Any actual solutions?

so, i just turned off my watch and turned it back on. and now the error is gone. super small sample size but will update the thread if the issue returns.

Inspired by previous garmin pay problems, I turned off and on my watch .... and it started working again. I am pretty sure I tried this previously, but it has been broken so long that I dont remember.

Lets see how long it keeps working ....

in My case "only" touching password not working,

Workaround is using Dial pass setup.
But still where is the support ?!!

Actually, if you read the thread you see that support is monitoring this and are contacting people for more information.

I do have a support case. And nothing seems to happen after delivering all kinds of debug information.

My 965 works with the same card on and off. I have not found a pattern.

What I did notice: I have a card on my watch, but none in listed in my connect app anymore.

When I try to add the same card again, I get the error: This card is already in your wallet

Do any of you have this also?
