Garmin-SierraCan you tell us if the HR bug has been fixed and if yes with which software version? You told us you have enough data and the bug was narrowed down and will be fixed.

There were different OHR reports that we were tracking, so there did not end up being one singular OHR case. We noticed that the reports seemed rather individual and specific to different users, and we worked them case-by-case on an individual level (not to say that more than two people were not experiencing the same thing). 16.17 included what we believed to have fixed a number of OHR concerns. Some users have reported back stating that their data has improved since 16.17. This is why I ask to look into everyone's account individually, because there is a wide range of possible OHR concerns. Your heart rate data could generally be too low, too high, showing gaps, showing sudden drops, happening during activities, outside of activities, etc.

@garmin-sierra HR reading issues are definetely not fixed on 16.17 yet.

HR chart is showing sudden steps with a delta of like minus 15 BPM in a matter of 10 seconds. And no more words are needed.

Forerunner 955 Solar, with software version: 16.17

HR band: Polar H10

1fcb677f83a24d31a2a0f465e228e157- Thank you for the examples! The concern in this thread is regarding the watch's optical heart rate sensor. Any external sensor performance issues would originate from that external sensor. In this case, you would want to reach out to Polar to review this heart rate data. If you have any activity examples where you were not wearing the strap, I'd be happy to take a look.
