Fail to sync with Garmin Express after update to 15.19

After update to 15.19, I found my Forerunner 955 Solar was unable to sync with Garmin Express.

An error occurs: "There was an error syncing with Garmin Connect"

already update to the latest version of Garmin Express:

BTW, I asked one of my friends who also has Forerunner 955 Solar and updated to 15.19 recently, he had the same syncing problem after updating.

No problem on my side. However on PC, the last version seem to be different than yours (I suppose you have Mac?)

Yes, it was Mac.

But I also tried on PC, same error...

Same here with latest Garmin Express (7.17.0.0). On Mac I get failed to sync. Followed the steps on the link Removing Files that Fail to Sync in Garmin Express from the Computer with the same result: failed to sync!

Also in my case Connect IQ store v2.0.5 is shown on the list of available updates but fails to update/install.

according to this post:

I rolled back to 7.14 and completed the sync.

Thanks to Time Machine...

All,

Please try the following steps and let me know if they make a difference:

1.Go to the Garmin Express home page. Right click on the device and "Remove from Express".

2. Add the device back to Express and attempt to sync again.

3. If that doesn't work, follow these steps to fully uninstall Express: Uninstalling Garmin Express

4. Restart the computer, and redownload the software: Garmin Express

tried all the steps, did not work.

solved by rolling back to an old version of Express.

Removing and adding back the watch in Garmin Express solved all my sync issues on two different FR955 watches.

I have the same issue since 15.9 was installed. I tried all steps and they failed. I have a 955solar and I use a Mac for Garmin Connect.
