15.19 and lactate threshold detection

From the 15.19 change log =

"Fixes an issue that could prevent lactate threshold heart rate auto-detection from working correctly."

Finally the end of the lactate drama? Or at least one step in the good direction?

As I won't run any "around lactate threshold" session until next week, I'm looking for feedbacks :-) thanks!

All,

This disruption of accepted LTH values not syncing to Garmin Connect should be fixed in Public Beta Version 17.21.

If future LTH values are still not appearing in GC, please start a new thread.

Any ANT+ chest strap works. I have a "no name" brand and that works fine.

I can't believe we are back to square one with this:

2022: LTH transfer to GC doesn't work for most users, after many months Garmin supposedly fixes it

Same issue here. Received LTHR detection this morning. Everything ok on the watch, but on Garmin Connect only the pace is reported and not the new HR.

Yes - no problem. I still have no received any LT updates on my 955, or any meaningful changes to VO2 max, since June.

I was looking forward to this fix. Today I ran intervals and got a LTH from auto detection in my watch. However, the data it is not showing up updated on Garmin Connect. I really hope this gets fixed soon.

Yesterday I had the display on the watch following my split, the transfer did not work again. Can we find them in the watch because I saw the 4'07 indicated but I did not remember the heart rate? THANKS

I know a ton of us are anxiously awaiting the fix. I've sent them my data to help and I know others have as well. It's extra frustrating since this bug was reported in the bug report forum for 15.19 when it was still in beta and they went ahead and released it anyway...

And it was fixed in beta 15.12.

I enrolled in the Beta program specifically to get that beta and enjoyed several LTHR updates during that time. Hard to believe they re-borked it with 15.19.

Auto detect does not work for me either with FR255M and 15.19. With the Lactate Threshold Guided test I got a new pace and HR (4:03/174bpm), but it doesn’t show up on Garmin Connect. Just on the watch.

I ran a Marathon this weekend at 3:58 pace and Avg HR 169, so it would’ve made sense to get some updates.

I’m always wearing my HRM-Pro Plus band while running.
