CIQ Watch faces not displaying Battery Days remaining metric

following up on a separate thread to hopefully bring this to 's attention.

it has become apparent that in spite of it being supposedly supported since CIQ3.3, the FR955 does not show day's remaining for CIQ watch faces for battery metrics.

can engineering look into why this is not working? this doesn't work on any of the watch faces i've tried.

    i understood your prior posting listing watches which currently supported the field and was just answering Sierra's question about where the feature was listed for that watch face and that i could indeed choose it as an option even though it didn't work with my 955

    All, 

    There are a few different things going on in this thread. After reviewing everything with a few of our engineers, it looks like everyone will need to take these requests/concerns to the 3rd party developers. You can contact them directly from Connect IQ- just search for the watch face and select  "Contact Developer". There is nothing we can do regarding compatibility or 'remaining battery life days' discrepancies in any of these situations.
