Erase software adaptions

Is there a way to reset / delete data from the 955 watch but keep the settings as is? In other words remove the sleep / HRV adaption / VO2 / training etc software adjustments ? I want to start again but keep all the watch settings , activity screen settings and workouts

You can backup the activity settings . Workouts should be on your GC app as well an can be copied back .

but all those other things will come Back form GC via Physio True up so I don’t know how you can remove them completely ..

I see only the way to do this resetting your watch and setting on a new account on GC. You will lose all the biometric data, but it is not much to type it in again. But i can't recognize the aim of such manipulation - you're still being you. It changed nothing.

The intent is to erase the embedded software algorithms learned adaptions for, in particular, sleep and start again.

Poor sleep quality, duration and deeming afternoon rest as sleep has never been right in over 6 months
