Any one knows why Garmin choose '9' for this series model in its title?
These are generally reserved for the flagship watches in the Forerunner series.
910XT, 920XT, 935, 945, 945, 955, 965.
Ford did the same with the Maverick. The car from the 1970s, now the truck in the 2020s.
Higher the number, higher the specs and price is a Garmin way.
2xx has traditionally been just a running watch without multisport.
xx just entry level watches.

They need to start rebranding their merch!
Even running shoes companies are giving us headaches with naming their products!!! Heck, adidas went even as far as replacing totally different shoes under the names of one another!!
