Seems he‘s gone. Maybe he got fed up with the whole debacle as well
Hi everyone!
My name is Sierra and I will be monitoring the Forerunner posts now. Kevin is still with us, he has just transitioned into a different role.
I'll do my best to continue updating you about…
I've been wondering the same, honestly. The Homer Simpson disappearing into the bushes meme comes to mind....

Hi Garmin-Sierra, welcome to our little corner of the Garmin-Internet! Could you start by giving us an update on the LTH issue on the appropriate thread? We haven't heard anything on this major issue for more than two weeks (since Garmin-Kevin disappeared before he could say goodbye).

Thanks in advance!
I worked with Kevin on many bugs that were successfully resolved. I think he has no influence on some, because he does not actually fix them, but transfers them to the development team.
You gotta love that instead of updating users on one of the many issues, the only post from a Garmin rep in a long time promises to update users on issues. That is so meta.
"oh honey, buy another watch and I'll treat you good this time...I've changed. Talking of which the 965 is now...."
Welcome and good luck Sierra... You're not up for an easy task ;)
Remember, most frustrations here are not with you guys and gals personally but with the layers above. I have always assumed people like Garmin-Kevin here had and have the best intentions and truly do try to help out the best they can, but also just can do so much.
Hopefully you can make a change for the good!
Welcome Sierra.
It would be great if you can push dev teams to start working to fix the lhtr issue and share with us updates on that .
That is a major bug impacting everyone and have been since launch.
Kevin was unable to provide info about if dev teams are working on it or not...
Welcome Garmin-Sierra, we have big problem with lactate treshold detection and it is going from months. We feel like no one care anymore...

Absolutely. The frustrations are often about things that have been reported many times, but nothing ever comes back. Even a "Yes, we know about this but it's going to take a while before anyone can get round to fixing it." would be better than nothing.
