Bluetooth / Update 14.17

I haven't had an issue recently with BT, but this helped me when I did on an earlier version:

Try the following: (iOS based instruction):

1. Remove the 955 from the Phone BT settings (Forget device)

2. Remove GC app completely

3. Soft restart the 955 ( hold in light button until is powers down completely), then after a few seconds restart it

4. Restart iPhone, redownload and install GC app and sign in to Garmin account

5. Pair the 955 again

What does your about say System -> About -> ANT/BLE/BT version? 24.78 should be right answer.

Thinking if it really got updated and something went wrong<tm>.

I've tried it, it doesn't work with another phone either.

By any chance, did you try to toggle the BT setting on the watch ? Soft reset while BT is OFF.

Try attaching a cable to the PC and Garmin Express.

Last resort, I think you might need to factory reset.

I called garmin support. there is a bluetooth problem since the 14.17 update and should be fixed shortly. Thanks for your help
