Garmin Pay

No way to add Garmin Pay (VISA) with the FR955. 945 worked fine.

An “error” is continuously shown.

i had problems when i originally got my 955. i have a USBank card which i used with my 945LTE. the problem was (i think) is that my card was in limbo between the watches. it showed the card listed as available…

I can only get so far as to set up a password. The. on pressing any of the card types (Mater Visa etc). it just gives me an error message. Does multiple resets , delete device and repair etc and the same…

Same issue for me, no issues for my past Fenix 6 Pro

Had the same problems here, after the connect app failed multiple times, I killed the connect app and cleared the cache and app memory (Android app settings). This means, the watch needs to be paired again (Bluetooth) but after doing so, my credit card has been accepted.

I’m on iOS, I’ve tried deleting the app multiple times and rebooting iphone and watch (there’s no way to clear app cache and memory on iOS manually like android). It’s a bit frustrating how buggy the 955 is so far, and I’ve been using garmins since the fenix 3. I realize early device firmware is buggy, but this device/firmware seems more like alpha version.. not even beta

Worked fine for me. Using the 955 Solar with an Android phone (Android 12).

Funnily enough I was going to post about this . I have the same experience with iOS GCapp and 955. Reset and unpaired many times and no luck with Setting up any type of card
