How to enable wind conditions for running power?

I found that running power on the 955 works well. However, it always says that wind conditions are "disabled". Has anyone managed to enable wind conditions to be part of the calculations. How is this done? I could not find a setting anywhere.

This issue was resolved with the 4.69 version of Connect. If you experience this after updating, please start a new thread.

I recommend using Stryd power meter instead (as a compliment to the FR955), which has an actual wind/air sensor that measures the air resistance when running in real-time. Winds reported by a local weather station would I not trust for even a bit..

As a Stryd owner I can safely say that this wind sensor in Stryd is not worth a damn

I have been running with Stryd Wind for 2 years, it works perfect for me. Espacially on track intervals it's really good to help me adapt my running effort in hard head/tailwinds.

После перехода на v.13.15 beta у кого-нибудь есть учет ветра при измерении мощности Run?

HRM pro, Run, много раз синхронизировался перед гонкой в приложении Garmin Connect, учет ветра включен в настройках бега.

Результат тот же - выключен замер ветра.

Какие еще есть варианты?

Every run I did since running power from the wrist was added says that wind conditions were disabled. However, it is activated in the settings

i have exactly the same issue. I'm sure I've completed all the prerequisites - paired phone. However after workout i saw that wind data was not accounted. Any idea? FW12.27

I read the Garmin page on this again. You have to the phone connected for at least 10 min the hour before running. It is really 10 min

yes, I've had it connected all day and my running spot is like 10min walk from where i left my phone. So should be ok i guess.
