I recently returned my Fenix 7 Base and got a 955. There are a few nice features on the F7 that are missing from the 955:
1. When you cover the screen with your palm it returns to the watch face and turns down the screen brightness.
2. Long press on a watch face data field takes you to the widget.
3. Cannot disable touchscreen during sleep
Anybody know if there are plans to bring these to the 955
I think there are hardware differences in the touchscreen between the 955 and Fenix series that cause these differences. Another thing missing is the double tap to zoom in the maps screen.
I see what you mean. I don't really use the notifications widget, so don't care about deleting the notifications. To be clear, simply swiping away the notification to make it go away works, but looks like…
