As the title mentions, I need some help/advice with regarding how to approach my Half Marathon.
If i put a race(with a time to complete the HF) on my calendar and set is as primary race event will the Daily Suggested Workout take the race into consideration or this does not impact the DSW.
And if thats the case what's my best option for creating a plan for running my HF in a certain time, should I just follow the DSW or just start a Garmin Coach.
Any Help/Advice will be greatly appreciated <3
