Concerned about Galloway Half Marathon Plan

I'm on week 5 of Galloway's half marathon training program. I'm a bit concerned that it's not going to have me ready in time for my race (Indy mini, May 4). I'm doing my long runs on Sunday, but during the week it has me doing nothing but cadence drills and gliders for a total of about 6 minutes. How is this going to prepare me for 13 miles in just over 3 months? Does it get better?

I've heard so much about the Galloway method especially for someone with breathing issues, I thought this was going to be great but I feel like it's severely lacking. Advice?

  • Did you fill out the online form with current training status info (distance per week , pace typical ?)   How did you answer?

    Did it give you are warning to training for a 10k first?

    But yeah... doesn't sound good to me LOL  Does it not show upcoming weeks of ttraining?  I would screenshot past and future log it if it does
