HRV 945 is not available and it is in the 945 LTE. Can someone from Garmin answer?

I feel cheated and angry with Garmin and its support. Apparently due to a commercial decision we cannot use this functionality.

A year ago I bought a 945 as a premium range watch and today we cannot take advantage of this functionality due to a commercial decision that it is available from the 945 lte.

Can someone from Garmin comment on this or would they remain silent?
