Feedback Thread - Forerunner 945 Beta software version 8.09

So I thought I'd start this thread with feedfback on the new beta just released... I just installed it myself so can't comment yet, but did write down the version changes for now:

Updated:

New profiles for ebike and gravelbike. Finally FR945 is fulfilling all my needs :)

All my widgets got totally messed up (removed/added/moved) but that has happened with other updates as well.

Anyone had doubled value of cadence displayed on the watch during workout? After finishing workout it is fine.

Crap, latest version of the iOS app, first just taking a peek into the "Activities and apps", then into Widgets messes all the widgets up again :-(

Edit: Also I can not reinstall the widget Temps by jim_m_58, no errors, it just does not "stick"

Edit 2: After a second soft reset the Temps widget was there on the watch and I could move it to where I want it. I'll keep my fingers from the app now... :-)

In my experience this is Garmin Express. It happens everytime I sync with GE. I always have to restore my widgets with Garmin Connect Mobile. It also installs watchmakers and deinstalls data fields (wich is the biggest PIA with this bug).

Good to see a profile for a tennis as well, but still no profile for soccer? A soccer profile that works with foot pods/running pod to estimate kicks and jumps will be really nice.

Do you refer to the issue a couple of weeks back? That was a backend server issue affecting all units...

There is no special soccer profile because only the referee is allowed to wear a watch. This is true for training and game.
If you want some data, use a generic cardio profile and the HRM-Pro. Put on the strap, Connect it to the watch, start the activity on the watvh and put the watch on the side line. After the match, you can download HR data from the strap.

Unfortunately PulseOx was turned on again automatically... again turned it off in connect mobile , on the watch, on the website... But seems this annoying bug isn't fixed. Really hate it because it drains battery so much.
