Training status missing since July 27th 2021

Since july 27th 2021 I have had no training status data in the Connect app. I get this silly message to run twice a week in order to get training status updates. My 945 doesn't show them either. As this is not a unique issue (there are quite a few posts on this topic) I want to know from Garmin what is wrong here.

First make sure that the HRM-Tri is working.

As long as you do Running, Trail running (with VO2 max activated) or Biking (with a power meter and HR) you should get a VO2 max value for every activity. Other activity types do not render VO2 max values.

My HRM-Tri is measuring HR and running dynamics which I can clearly see on both the web and mobile apps.

Any other way to double check why it might not be working correctly?

It looks all good and it is working, but that is from an activity that got you a VO2 max value. It is more interesting to see an activity that didn't gave you a VO2 max value but should've.

I don't think the issue is the HRM-Tri. If you experience issues with it you can always add datafields to the watch with data from the HRM-Tri so you can see if they are being reported or not, but the issue is usually something else.

It didn't update vo2max obviously because HR is too low, In general which activities update vo2max?

Running, trailrunning and ultrarunning if VO2 max is activated, cycling with power meter and heart rate. Heart rate must be 70% of max heart rate for at least 10 minutes.
Walking also works but it is hard to get 70% of max heart rate for 10 minutes while walking.
