My Garmin Forerunner 945 successfully tracks during my running activities.
But it has stopped to update the data in Garmin Connect since 22-Nov-2020 .
Why the data doesn’t update on the Report page and what should I do?

Read about VO2 max here: https://support.garmin.com/en-GB/?faq=lWqSVlq3w76z5WoihLy5f8
Check that you got at least 70% of your max heart rate for at least 10 minutes continuously. Maybe your max heart rate is set too high?
Thank you for your extended answer. I have read it carefully.
Running activity must be 10 minutes or longer in length
Yes.
Activity must be recorded outdoors with a GPS signal
Yes.
Heart rate data from either a built-in optical heart rate sensor or from a chest strap
Yes.
Heart rate must be elevated to at least 70% of your maximum heart rate for at least 10 minutes continuously
Yes.
Maybe your max heart rate is set too high?
Not too high.
The activity was copied correctly to Garmin Connect and I see all data: GPS track, pulse and etc.
But the statistic on Website’s page: Reports -> VO2 Max doesn’t update for months.
I guess VO2 Max from "all activities" (shown in your screen clipping) is the same as VO2 Max from "Running" (not shown in your screen clipping)?
Any suspicious heart rate settings under "Devices and Synchronisation" - "<your device>" - "User Settings"?
In your watch setttings, physiological metrics> max HR, is it on? Try turning it off.
And in user profile>heart rate>resting heart rate, is it set to average or custom when you select it? Use set average.
And is performance condition set to on? If yes try to turn it off>sync>on>sync. This might be important because from my troubleshooting, the vo2max will always calculate when performance condition notification pop-up while you run. If it didn't pop-up then the vo2max wouldn't calculate.
And for troubleshooting I always reset and delete data on my watch to remove variable. I have done a lot of troubleshooting and this method what fixed mine.
I had an issue where my vo2 max won't calculate and have been troubleshooting for over 3 months and finally fixed it with this.

I noticed whenever auto max hr is on, my rhr will always reset to custom after a sync. And I also noticed whenever I run with rhr set to average without syncing to the phone, my vo2 max was calculated. And after syncing to the phone, rhr was set to custom and vo2max wouldn't calculate.
This might be an isolated bug because not that many asked this question, but there is always someone that asked and the answer is that they must've not meet the criteria for vo2max to calculate and you must've been doing something wrong eventhough you are within the criteria. I was also in this situation and got frustrated whenever this answer is mentioned eventhough I am following the criteria. I asked several people and they are mostly gave up or offered a replacement from garmin. I've sent tickets to garmin and the still have no idea what caused this.
I am on APAC version, but someone with ROW version did ask the same question and said my method worked on the next day, but stopped the day after and said he/she is still working on it for a few more runs but haven't heard since.

This helped me. Now VO2max and Training Status works too. Thanks.
