My Forunner 945 is no more than 4 month old and and one morning like others
I found the glass split in two. I did nothing I can relate to the damage so I my
eyes it did crack spontanous.
The watch is marketed with brand names such as Gorilla Glass etc implying it is a robust
watch.
Despite this Garmin (Sweden) claims that no warranty applies and I have to pay for repair(replacement).
Thier policy is that damage - if not documented production fault - i never covered by warranty or goodwill.
It is a shame on an very expensive watch that from other user and execise perspectives is excellent is
so fragile (or at least my one was...).
I expect much more from a 500USD watch and Garmin Support Sweden have convinced me that my next
watch will NOT be a Garmin
