Improved Fitness Age

my fitness age is - 10 years and stable.

Mine shows the same, -10 years and as it is maximum achievable 

Same here. 9,5 Years younger and further 0,5 years possible

Mine is 9.5 less than my real age. I looked in the help screen and didn't see anything about 10 being the limit, where can I find this info?

So, it seems to be true. There is limiter at 'age minus 10'. Not very motivating. It would be good for Garmin (or Firstbeat ?) to 1. state this somewhere and 2. explain why a limiter has been set and 3. why on 'age minus 10'

There's been no evidence presented to suggest this is the case other than a perception? If anybody is really interested do some research to find out how it is calculated. Ask Garmin. Ask Firstbeat.

There are no favors done when people complain about a result without understanding it, just because they disagree with it.

Well, I think that max is based on your own age.

To me it says Fitnesss Age 33 (Real 40), "Way to go! You've reached your archievable Fitness Age.", but still recommendations says -0,5y if my body fat would be lower.

GCM, Health Stats -> Fitness Age.

The implication, even allowing for translation, is that there is a belief that it is true.

Enough said. Nobody has been able to verify or contradict the statement hence my suggestion to approach FirstBeat or Garmin and find out how the Fitness Age is determined.
