Same here! Low stress but "flat line" at 5.
Performed the update to v7.2 last Saturday morning with a filled up bb, and since it went totally depleted with some minor ups and down (+-1/2) resulting…
From Garmin's Support website:

Just speculating, but the last update was different than any other with the stopping of 7.10 and then the release of 7.20. It's possible that the 7.20 update "reset" the body battery feature as if it was…
I stopped looking at the body battery;
I have had 3 days a flatliner at 5. After that over one night a revival but again with a decline in 2 days to very low.
Overall feeling I am well and no sign that I am over fatigued or pushing too hard with my activities.
Nowadays it's not getting upped during night times and even with low stress days (~27 4 week average) it's generally fluctuating well below 20 (BB).
Guessing that there is something wrong with the BB-algorithm I keep an eye on the stress levels and dis-guard the body battery.
(I stopped wearing during the nights after a 24*7).
Update to the above, the "5 bug" was temporary, only lasting a day. This morning Body Battery was recording again as normal.
Interestingly, while the watch itself showed the "5" flatline, my Garmin Connect app on my phone never showed any Body Battery for the whole day.
