Still on SW 5.00?

What could be the reason that my watch is still on SW 5.00. It didn’t get any of the recent updates. It is not an APAC version

You have connected the watch to your computer with Garmin Express starting/started and synchronized? Or through your phone and bluetooth connection?

There could be a few reasons, some questions to try and help out:

Have you tried syncing it with Garmin Express on a computer to try to manually force the update to go through?
Have you tried clearing the sync queue on your Garmin Connect account?
- Go to connect.garmin.com
- Click on the device icon
- If there is a circle with a white number next to your watch click it.
  - Click on the "x" off to the right to clear it
Have you attempted a soft reset to the watch?

Thanks for the advice. There is not circle with a white number next to the watch but I did a soft reset and will try to connect to a computer tomorrow if it doesn’t update during the nights
