Are suggested wkouts based on sleep too?

On my f6x the workouts are based on bbatt, sleep and previous workouts...

Does the f945 do the same and if so does this means that sleep is now fbeat?

I don't know. I've always thought that the non-device one is a Garmin one, not Firstbeat.

Sleep has been FirstBeat since Garmin bought them and put it on the watch.

to my knowledge also sleep is a important messurement for daily suggested workout. Because one time the DSW gave me the suggestion to rest because of bad sleep.

What I've understood the on-device one is Firstbeat, but we don't have that yet. We have the old Garmin one. Until they fix some cases where the old one was doing better than the new one.

That doesnt make sense...it either fbeat analytics sleep like the f6 or old crap sleep garmin...

Now why dont they just ass the widget on the 945

What does not make sense? 945 does not have the new sleep from Firstbeat like F6 does have.

Aren't they both FirstBeat's sleeps metrics? My understanding is the difference is the F6 now has a widget to do onboard calculations where the 945 still uses the old method.

I'm also asking because I thought they both used the FirstBeat metrics just in different manners. I'm not stating this as fact.

I feel that garmin doesnt want to add sleep widget on 945 and 745 for marketing reasons.

Polar and others have these options for less money (fitspark and nightly recharge)...why not just send it down all models with elevate wrist monitor???

245 and venu can do it...

Here's my take on this. I look at my sleep data once a day and no more. I can't think of a reason to look at it twice. I have my phone with me everyday at some point. I can look at it then when using my phone. I also can't think of any reason when I wouldn't have my phone and I had the need to check my sleep data. I don't need the widget.
