  • Got the update overnight and am experiencing constant disconnects from Jaybird Vista earbuds.  I had no problems with 5.0 or 5.09.  I did not install 5.15 after hearing other people having this issue.

  • Well, it's quite simple and logic. They need testers but a very tiny tiny fraction of users are installing beta ( I did only once) when servers would be overloaded with the production firmware.

  • Just want to thank everyone at Garmin for this unexpected and very cool firmware.  Garmin seems to be taking a longer term software support view re: features, and it makes me feel good about buying their products.  Just bought the Index S2 today, actually!    :-D  Thanks all!

  • I'm highly doubting the amount of people willing to upgrade manually.
I'm highly doubting that the cloudflare would have any problems serving that.

download.garmin.com is an alias for download.garmin.com.cdn.cloudflare.net.

  • APAC is its own software. This release can be for months at 100% and you could see anything of it on your watch because you will never get ROW releases.

  • Any chance to see the instant pace behaviour fixed? (i.e. running with a displaied instant pace around 5.20 min/km then get a 5.05 min at the end of the km).

  • Still same problem with current pace. In my case mostly on tree covered stretches. Lap pace comes10-20sec/km better than current pace.

  • the same for me. All versions up to 5.09 worked flawlessly, I had no disconnections with my Jaybird Vista for years. Since 5.15 Beta and 5.20 I have lost connections about 5-15 times an hour. Then I have to open the music page during the run, but not too quickly, and start the music again. The connection is then re-established and continues until the next connection breakdown. Totally annoying

  • My watch still hasn't updated, and it is not an APAC watch.

no probs here with Jabra 65, new firmware works perfect for me!

if you got a new Garmin Firmware Update, don’t forget to make the hard reset after each installation (press 15sec the light button), after the watch switched off a second firmware installation process runs!
