  • Is on Garmin `Express pending rollout too? I didn't see any update.

  •  Never understand the logic of making the betas available as direct download via webpage link but not the full public release Thinking

  • I received this update overnight. Charged to 100 before bed and woke up at 97% with the o2 on at night. Took it for a 10 mile tempo run this morning with the hrm pro strap (ant+) and my aftershokz headphones. Drained to 79%. No audio dropouts like some people reported in beta. No hrm or running power dropouts. Battery and operation seem unchanged from previous firmware. I was kind of excited for the track workouts but this week was my last track workout in my plan until the new year. Maybe I'll fit in a workout anyway. I'm quite curious about that feature. Haven't seen the updated recovery advisor or suggested workouts yet.

  • I haven't used the 945 on the track yet, but I have used the 745 on the track a few times. I was a college track athlete and the GPS track's I would get on a track used to drive me crazy. The key for me is I have calibrated the track every time I go to it by doing 4 laps of strides, sprinting the straights, and walking the curve prior to doing my actual workout. I don't know that that's necessary after the first time you calibrate it, I just always do 8 pick ups before I start any speed work so it's just really easy to do that activity prior to starting the actual workout portion. Also play with the track timer, I did a 10 mile tempo on the track and an 8k time trial on the track and both occasions the track timer made it so easy to stay on pace.

  • I don't know if this is the right place and the right time but...

    Thx Garmin-Blake, welcome Garmin-Brooks!

  • Available for APAC ?

Keep up with more good updates Garmin!

  • why there is no manual download link to the update?

  • Grandísima actualización. Sensacional trabajo Garmin

  • As with 5.09 and 5.15 my (in Garmin Connect on android) disabled alarms still vibrate (and display).

  • Hier steht Rollout ist bei 100%, gilt das auch für APAC Version, bei meiner FR 945 kommt zur Zeit kein Update
