  • Dunno what triggers the notification. Now I got it..  It's the same text:

"Nice! Your restful day has speed up your"recovery. Your recovery needs are still high, so take it easy today."

Added with title "Recovery Time Improved" and ending with "Recovery Time 42 hours". So over 3h hours later it triggered notification but the situation seems to be same as it was when i added my first comment (minus the hours between these which might be because the rounding 4 hours, or I got extra hour during that, dunno).

  • Oddly, this momring, my "recovery" went from zero hours to 2 hours because of poor sleep. Which was true, but not expecting it to move off zero once it is ther...

  • seems, we will get soon an Beta update, because Fenix 6 got one, think the bold one are for us too:

  • This update fixed my problems that no heart rate was recorded during indoor cycling

  • Hi  , I just found your comment about the option to change from power to heartrate, but im unable to figure out where to change this. When I go to cycling, training, workouts, todays suggestion, it says I need a recent V02 Max. when I hold the options button I just goed back to the cycling activity screen. Could you help me out?

  • OHR had always been pretty accurate for me but since updating to the 5.09 Beta software during Run activities my OHR spikes up to 160, 170, 180 when I’m barely making any effort at all and if I stop running and walk and count my pulse with my finger I estimate as much as 50, 60, 70 bpm less than what my 945 is reporting. On one occasion yesterday it was also reporting very low, between 90-110 bpm but I was jogging and estimating 120-140 myself. Spiking high above my actual heart rate has been the main issue though and has happened in multiple Run activities. It's so bad I can't rely on my OHR at all now and Garmin says I'm being Unproductive this week because it thinks I've been pushing myself so hard when I really haven't been. I'm reverting back to 5.0

Do you use a Powermeter for cycling?
it looks like you haven't, you only get a vo2max for cycling with a PM!
