Forerunner 935

My Forerunner 935 has suddenly stopped connecting with my chest hr and my garmin vector power meter. The green lights for the wrist hr monitor are also not working. Also it will not pair to my phone.

The gps seems to be working though.

I have turned both phone and watch on and off.

Done a hard reset on the watch.

There was a recent hub sensor update.

Any suggestions on how to fix would be welcome

This is a Forerunner 945 section. Maybe you like to read more about this update on the 935 section?

As far as I understand, users are not able to downgrade their firmware on the watch?

So your best bet is to send the watch for repair.

Check out this thread. The latest update from Garmin has effected the 935.

No suggestions, unfortunately.

Since last Saturday I´m having exactly the same issues with my FR 935:
No green lights for the wrist hr. No steps count. No pairing to phone and other Garmin accessories.

All reset options done.

Coincidence?

I rang Garmin Australia yesterday. They are going to replace the watch free of charge even though it is a year out of warranty.

Suggest you ring Garmin
