Can we have weather sync via Wifi instead of sync?

The weather data or widget should load data from wifi instead of having to sync with the app to get the weather data. I know it can be improved. Like, being independent from the sync process.

    Running GCM with bluetooth on 24/7 has a tangible effect on my phones battery life. You might be okay with it but I am not. 

    I do not want my phone notifications on my watch. This is something that you may want, but is not something that I will use.

    I am able to add WiFi networks from my watch without using Garmin Express. Not sure why you are not able to do this?

    Yes passing location data via WiFi might be limited in usage, but it's not something that is impossible as was previously stated.

    We all have different preferences. Why force your preference onto others? If someone wants to request weather sync via WiFi, let them be. Do not find reasons or technical limitations that do not exist to talk down their idea.

    No one is being forced anything.  Just like you, I'm posting my opinion on the subject. You've apparently decided to dismiss the fact that I said I understand you're concerns and even provided you a link to submit your idea and you've somehow come to the conclusion that this is a personal attack.  You're opinion counts and that's what matters, post an opposing view and you're the enemy.  Got it.
