Hello,
today I wanted to smash my 10k record.
I trained well on trails but today on road 10k i wanted to earn reward for my hard intervalls in the woods.
Nothing fancy compared to you guys :-)
But this is how it went:
After couple minutes i felt heavy.
Then my watch told me my peformance level is -2..... strange i thought i should be better.
after 7k i started talking walk breaks and i look at aerobic training load and its 4.9. I ran 15k 2 weeks ago and the load was not near that.
Something is wrong... then it dawned in me.... i went for a blood donation yesterday. :-)
I take this a pretty good function of the FR945.
