volume control on powerbeats pro doesnt work after last software update

I got my powerbeats pro in late August and they were working just great - advance, volume control etc. Now after last software update for the watch the volume control no longer works. I reset the earbuds, removed them and re-added them to the watch out of things to try any suggestions?

    I only got my 945 a few weeks ago and also noticed that the volume controls on the Powerbeats Pro don't work.I wasn't aware it worked ok on last software version. Hopefully a fix will be released to get back that functionality soon. Pain in the a*$ that I have to go through 3 0r 4 button presses on the watch whilst running just to modify the volume!

    I've had my 945 since early winter, and I don't think the volume controls on the Powerbeats Pro ever worked.

    My volume controls have not worked on any FW.

    I was using volume control on my PowerBeats Pro with my Forerunner 645 back in August.  Then sometime around December it stopped working and hasn't worked since

    GARMIN!!!!!!

    When is this volume issue going to be fixed. We have two ForeRunner 645 Music and two pairs of Powerbeats Pro - Over £1000 of tech than won't work correctly. :-( We need the volume buttons working on the earphones please

    I've also have been having trouble with the volume on my Garmin 945 and bluetooth headphones as of recently.

    Same issue here. One of the updates killed the volume controls. Not sure why it’s taking so long to address it.

    Volume Problem still remains, i've update my Forerunner 945 and Powerbeats Pro to newest Software/Firmware. (10.07.2020)

    It's a pity with my "old" powerbeats 3 the volume worked, but the cable was annoying while running.

    Picked up a new pair of Powerbeat Pros. Intentionally did not sync them to any devices (iPhone, iPad, etc) other than my forerunner. Controls work just fine. Perhaps there’s a software update that gets pushed out to the Powerbeats, which kills the compatibility?

    Can you please share your software/firmware levels on both your watch and Powerbeats pro?  My my beats and watch are brand new with the latest firmware and volume control does not work.
