How is your battery doing after sw 4.20 update?

Mine is higher than usual: 0.4 - 0.5%/hr compared to 0.2 - 0.3 %/hr on sw 4.10.

We would recommend performing a hard reset (hold power button in for up to 15 seconds) until your device powers off. You will then need to charge it back up to 100% and test again to see if your rapid…

I think mine's gone from 0.19%/hr to 0.21%/hr but I’m not too sure that I’ve been doing exactly the same things. Either way, this is an intolerable increase in battery usage.

Former Member why dont you just make this a part of your upgrade instructions. Everyone will be happier - less battery drained customers and fewer customer service calls to you. Fwiw I also had an overnight…

After the initial update it was really bad, was down to 18% by lunchtime, however a reset (long hold) and restart has got it back to normal. Had it on charge last night until 06:30 and now 13:15 its still 99%

Mine went from 75% to dead over the day, being in my pocket. Really weird, will reset again and see if it survives 1hr non gps

Update: restarted it and charged, been on 87% since start of trainer workout, loosing 0% for 36mins

13hrs since taking it off the charger this morning still at 96%

Mine's pretty much the same. Battery's been great on both 4.1/4.2. 4.0 was *bad*.
