After my Garmin 945 was updated last night, Garmin Connect can't connect to it.
I removed the watch from the app - nothing...
Cleared the cache, restarted both phone & watch - nothing
I am using Samsung Galaxy S20
Any suggestion ?

My wife had a weird issue with her 945 after the update as well. Her first bike after installing it, the stats uploaded properly to Strava from Garmin Connect, but GC itself shows blanks for all the statistics. Time, distance, etc were all shown as dashes instead of numbers; "---". I had her restart both her phone and watch, but it's bizarre. I've been on 4.2 as well, and had no such issues.
If her activity was from yesterday, there were issues with Garmin Connect as noted in this thread: Activity detail does not display data
I just got a new S20 and can't get my Garmin Instinct to connect at all to it. Tried all the usual things. I can connect to other Blue tooth devices
Ok got it to work by going to System-Reset- Delete Data and Reset, on the watch. After that it gave me a new pin and paired correctly
