Activity detail does not display data

Last uploaded activities does not display data on the detail, but does it on the list and on the strava.

  • Cycling data not shown in detailed view. Hello, finished my cycling and synced the fenix3 and the android app (xiaomi redmi note 6 pro) had no problems before but today, cycling season opening, I have noticed that I have ride report in the main screen of the web or android app but when I open the activity (web connect.garmin.com or android app - garmin connect) there are no any data, kilometeres, speed, hr or else, android app show my name and under that "null cycling, web display event type uncategorized, and no data. As I mentioned daily summary show that ride occured, bpm, kilometers and everything else. If garmin is willing to check activity no is 4649035786 (shown in the web address) thank you

  • I have the same problem. This afternoon i've installed an update for Garmin Connect. Please give Connect a fix.

    The activity is correct synced with Strava and the data is also correct on Strava. Including heartrate etc.

  • Perhaps a problem with the activity FIT file. Older devices do not cope well with bigger number of activities kept on the device, and it is necessary to make some free space by deleting some of the older ones. Either through the menu of the watch, or from a computer connected to the watch over the USB cable (in the folder //GARMIN/Activities). You can also download the FIT file for the concerned activity, and inspect it with the FIT File Tools (for example viewing it with the Section Remover tool) - when there is no data, then the problem with the missing free space is quite likely.

  • Same Thing happening with me, goes through to Training Peaks and Strava but not on Garmin connect and web show activity at zero?!?

  • Thank you, I ve deleted all the activities but want just to mention, dont know is it related, before I wrote the question here I have synced the watch and garmin connect reported 1 meg of the free space, not sure is the space shared between the activities and apps or its just for the apps, anyway I have deleted the activities and will check in the morning on my way to job. thanks trux!

  • happen the same to me today.. , weird.. , anyhow i manually remove that activity from garmin web. Then connect watches via cabel, get fit file for that activity and manualy loaded - import activity..  , hope that will not repeat .. ,happen first time today

  • What changed since yesterday?  All was working fine and now Garmin coach workouts are coming out black, both in mobile app and online.  They sync fine to strava and show full details and graphs on training peaks.  Until this is fixed my Garmin Fenix 6X is only useful as a collector of data for analysis in Strava and TP?
