Former Member I observe that the new software has more battery consumption than before!

Hmm okay. Yeah I've just contacted Kogan. To see if they'll replace it. I've only have the watch for less than a week so fingers crossed they do.

  • That would be helpful! And I get it if the staggered release makes the most sense for your servers, but I'd like you guys to consider giving us the ability to jump the queue. I only say this because if you're willing to allow me to download a beta that should be stable, but has the accompanying caveats, then it seems like it would be consistent to allow me to download a more stable version (again, if that doesn't screw you guys over). You can keep the caveats and all of that.

Anyway, thank you guys for the amazing updates. You've added most of the features from the F6 and VA4 series and a few I didn't even know were in the works. I really appreciate it!

Nope. Not covered under return warranty. Oh well not too worried just sad that I can't get updates straight away.

  • Australian consumer law is pretty good I understand. Perhaps suggest the watch is not fit for the purpose for which it was intended - unsuitable for use in Australia due to an inability to update the software?

When will the update be available for APAC models??

  • I assume it it something related to your device only, or maybe some others, but still few.

As most of us are not suffering from it.

Have you tried calling for their support?
